Luke Humphrey is one of the most well-respected distance runners in the United States.  Specializing in the marathon, Luke’s many accolades include posting top 15 finishes in several World Marathon Major Championships, including the Boston Marathon, New York City Marathon,  and Chicago Marathon. He is a three-time Olympic Trials Marathon qualifier with a personal best of 2:14:39. Besides being an elite long distance runner, Luke is an author, certified exercise physiologist (M.S. from Oakland University), and coach. He has written three authoritative books on long distance running: Hansons Marathon Method: A Renegade Path to Your Fastest Marathon and Hansons Half-Marathon Method: Run Your Best Half-Marathon the Hansons Way, and Hansons First Marathon published by Competitor Group/Velopress.
